My career started as an Occupational Therapist working both in Aotearoa and United Kingdom. This lead to the role of Therapies Manager at the then Capital Coast DHB where I was responsible for the physical health therapy services in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. I then shifted into strategy roles in a number of large New Zealand organisations, leading teams in strategy execution, business development, programme management and divestment & acquisitions.
After a time in the public sector the opportunity arose to join Pathways. It’s been a long-time aspiration of mine to join an NGO and joining Pathways as their Strategy Lead is a wonderful opportunity to bring my experience and deliver value to an organisation that is constantly evolving and innovating.
While Hawkes Bay helped develop me to who I am, I now call Wellington home. When I’m not at work, I love to travel, garden, and spend time with friends and whānau. Being a foodie, I enjoy trying out new restaurants and their array of menus.
