It is an absolute privilege to work with this kaupapa. Being a part of a leadership and workforce who are committed to ensuring the best for those we serve is inspiring. Ensuring equity and Te Tiriti o Waitangi as foundational to how we work and being woven into the fabric of the entire organisation is exciting.
Leadership of the highest calibre to guide, shape and journey with, stimulates the drive to seek innovative solutions with our kaupapa. In amongst all of this is the fun, humour and celebration that we enjoy with each other every day, it’s rongoa to the soul. Often grateful and humbling does not even come close to describing this experience.
It’s humbling to witness where we are with our te ao Māori journey to date. The phrase ‘that is good but the best is yet to come’ could not be truer of Pathways.
