Groups
Our Real Talk programme is for taiohi who need extra support managing anxiety, depression, or stress-related behaviours.
Respite
For anyone experiencing mental health distress, there can be times when having some space can be helpful.
Alcohol and other drug support
We work alongside taiohi with alcohol and other drug challenges who want support for harm reduction, relapse prevention or mental wellbeing.
Day programmes
There are times when having some space can be helpful. Our day programmes offer opportunities for new experiences and connections.
Haumanu clinical services
Our Haumanu service offers specialist therapy for taiohi and their whānau who have experienced trauma.
Care services
Our care services provide a variety of supports to young people to increase their safety, stabilisation, health and wellbeing.
Transition to independence
We support taiohi to recognise and manage their emotions and to develop trust in others.
Whānau support
We value the importance of whānau and friends in the journey of taiohi to being well and thriving.
